Fo Shou Cha- Buddha's hand oolong tea named after Chinese bergamot, an inedible citrus that was used for scenting as well as display.
Originally this tea grew to fame in Yongchun County of China's Fujian province. Also grown in Taiwan, this batch comes from the Wenshan growing region of Northern Taiwan. The area devoted to Fo Shou tea plants is small, well managed tended to with care, drawing on expert craftsmanship to produce an exceptional tea.
