This green oolong comes from Ming Jian Township in Nantou County, Central Taiwan. It is lightly oxidized, which makes it very similar to green tea. Naturally floral and sweet, this tea is more preferred to standard green tea. Known for its sweet green and slight floral characteristics, this tea is delightful and well received. A wide variety of tea ware can be used to prepare this tea, so whatever you have on hand should be fine.
This is a tightly rolled oolong. Leave a lot of room for leaf expansion as leaves tend to expand four times the original size when steeped in water.
Iced tea, cold infuse... with 1g of tea per 100ml of water, so for about 1/2 gallon you can use four heaping teaspoons.
