We are happy to offer this amazing tea from a Li Shan farm that we have been directly sourcing from for over a decade. The farm is perched high in the mountains in Central Taiwan. From the steep slope bordering the farm, a seemingly endless drop stretches far into the ravine below. This terrain and the crisp high mountain air create a feeling remoteness and isolation.
This tea is creamy and vegetal with a hint of velvety texture. Cool and crisp like the magic mist of the mountains. Works well with gong fu brewing if the tea pot has a screen, since this is a high mountain tea with a smaller particulate.
